Delete Your Account
Apple requires apps that support account creation to also let users delete their account. Use the steps below to remove your Nolawi account and associated personal data.

Delete from the Nolawi app (recommended)
- Open the Nolawi app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile (or account settings).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is then marked for deletion. After a 15-day recovery window, it is permanently deleted along with associated personal data, subject to limited legal or security retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account:

Subject: Nolawi Account Deletion Request
Include: your full name, registered email, and a clear statement that you want your account deleted.
We typically confirm deletion requests within typically replies within 1–2 business days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and account credentials
- Personal pastoral data tied to your account (such as check-ins, tasks, messages, and notes associated with you), subject to the recovery window and any limited records we must keep by law
Content that remains necessary for another user’s account (for example, a message thread still needed by a connected Spiritual Father) may be retained in anonymized or minimized form where technically required. See the Privacy Policy for details.
